Connect Tool Print

A fast and easy way to add geometry is through the connect tool. The connect tool will allow you to quickly add edges perpendicular to the edges you have selected.  You can choose how many segments (edges) you want, how close together and position located very quickly and easily.

Simply select your edge and click the Ring Button.
Select_Edge







All the edges that are parallel to the edge you have selected are highlighted.

Select the Connect Dialog and choose the number of edges you want in the Segments field.

The pinch field will bring the edges closer together or further apart

The Slide field will slide the edges back and forth.
